AVMA focuses just as much on the staff’s professional development as it does on the students’ growth trajectory. in house training sessions are conducted regularly to strengthen the teaching -learning processes. In addition, successful people from diverse backgrounds are invited to conduct workshops for the staff in order to fortify capacity building.
