AVMB focuses on teacher empowerment as the Schools believes that empowering the teacher is the best way to empower the students. In house training sessions are conducted regularly to strengthen the teaching-learning processes. In addition, successful and competent people from diverse backgrounds are invited to conduct workshops for the staff in order to fortify capacity building and exposure for the staff members
